Grilling giant Weber completed its initial public offering, selling 18 million shares at $14 apiece, a huge cut from the 47 million shares the company had planned to sell at between $15 and $17 each. The offering gives Weber a $5 billion valuation.
Shares of WEBR are expected to commence trading on the NYSE later today, but the stock is available for limit orders through Robinhood and other platforms.
