What we know about the Plus IPO

Cupertino, California-based Plus, which is backed by Sequoia Capital, has reportedly received several letters of intent from US-based SPACs, but no definitive agreement has been set.

The autonomous truck company is working with Goldman Sachs Group on the deal.

Special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC), also known as a blank check company, are companies with no commercial operations that exist purely to raise capital through IPOs.
