DELISTED - Oxford Resource Partners, LP is a producer of value steam coal, and surface mined coal in Ohio. The Company's reserves and operations are located in Northern Appalachia and the Illinois Basin to serve its primary market area of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. The Company markets its coal primarily to utilities with coal-fired, base-load scrubbed power plants under long-term coal sales contracts. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 21 active surface mines. The Company's operations also include two river terminals, located in eastern Ohio and western Kentucky. During the year ended December 31, 2010 (during 2010), The Company produced 7. 5 million tons of coal.
