Chinese grocery app operator Dingdong Maicai, which translates to "dingdong buy vegetables," is coming to the Nasdaq with an initial public offering on June 29.
Shares will trade as DDL and the estimated is #13.50 to $25.50. The company said June 28 it would release 3.7 million shares, down from a planned 14 million.
