Ask a question
How long does it take to send money to Nigeria account
Hi Ola,
Thanks for leaving a question on one of our pages! The transfer speed in sending money to Nigeria varies by transferred amount, methods used to transfer, country, agent location.
As for Nigeria, the country accepts cash pick up or bank deposit. If you opt for a bank deposit, you would want to ask the receiving bank how long it will take them to process a money transfer. If it is a cash pick up at an agent location, call up the agent and ask how long until they receive the money transfer. When sending money – it’s important to check the exchange rate beforehand to maximize the funds to be exchanged. Also, read through the transfer process of the provider such as transfer fees, transfer options and transfer speed to set expectations for the receiver. Take note of any reference or tracking numbers should any transaction delays come up during the transit.
Hope this helps and feel free to message us back if you have questions.
Best,
Nikki
Why have you locked up your rate at 355 when as at today,October 13 2018 the exchange rate to Naira is 362 naira to a dollar?. Do I smell fraud of what?. I’ve been watching and monitoring you guys closely. If I blog it, be rest assured that you will lose thousands of customers from Nigeria. There’s another company giving the current rate. Why is yours different?.
Hi Nene,
Thank you for your question.
You have reached finder. We are a comparison website and not La Nacional. I understand that you have concerns about the locked rates being used for this provider. There are a lot of factors that may affect this. If you wish to know the specifics please call La Nacional at (917) 529-0700. Hope this helps!
