The hitch? It doesn’t offer online transactions. But if you live near one of its many US retail or agent locations — more than 2,000 locations combined — that may not be a problem.

Available countries
DolEx claims that it its combined payer networks serve more than 74 countries at more than 55,000 locations worldwide. But it appears to specialize in transfers to Latin America — including Mexico, Ecuador and Peru.
How do I send money through DolEx?
To send a money transfer through DolEx, visit one of the retail or agent locations in its network.
Because so much of how DolEx works depends on your specific agent, calling ahead to confirm the information you’ll need for a transfer could be helpful. For most transfers, you’ll need your bank account number, an ID and your recipient’s bank account details

Ask a question
Dolex wants to give me a money return on an expired money order. I don’t want a return, I need a money order with a valid new date. I got the money order when they were only good for 30 days. For personal purposes, I was not able to use it immediately. Now I need it and they won’t give me another one. Instead, they want to return my money so I can buy another one!!!! That’s nonsense. To top it all up, they want me to wait between 1 to 2 months to get my money back and I need the money order this week, exactly the way I gave it back to them.
Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Finder about this.
We’re sorry to hear this happened to you using DolEX and we understand it is frustrating. While our pages review DolEX, unfortunately, we are not able to provide a solution for you since we don’t directly work for DolEX. It would be best to contact them immediately so they can find a solution for you.
Hope this clarifies!
Best,
Nikki
Can I receive money at Western Union?
Hi Western Union,
Thank you for reaching out to finder.
If it is a money transfer from DolEx to Western Union that is not allowed. Unless the sender sent the money via Western Union, that is the only time you may receive it in the same money sending company. Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Reggie
