Kraken Promotion Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the $10 BTC reward promotion run by Kraken.

1. The promoter is Payward Interactive, Inc. of 106 E. Lincoln Way, 4th Floor, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“Kraken”).
2. You are only eligible to receive the $10 BTC reward if you:
   • Have clicked the link on an eligible partner’s page;
   • Are at least 18 years of age or older;
   • Reside in the United States except for the states of Maine, New York, and Washington;
   • Create a new account between June 24th, 2024 and June 30th, 2024 with Kraken and do not have (or previously have had) an account with Kraken;
   • Hold at least USD$200 worth of digital assets in your Kraken account within 7 days of account registration.
3. The Promotion is subject to Kraken’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Receiving a reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out above. If all requirements are met, you will receive your reward within 3 weeks of June 30th, 2024.
4. You acknowledge that Kraken has sole discretion as to the conduct of the promotion, including determining your eligibility to receive the $10 BTC reward and distributing the reward. You agree to direct all enquiries, complaints or claims to Kraken directly, and acknowledge that Finder is not involved in the conduct of the promotion or distribution of any reward. You acknowledge and agree that Finder has no liability to you in relation to the promotion or any other loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions in any way whatsoever.
