Topshop is a fashion retailer that sells women's clothing, shoes, beauty products and accessories. It used to be owned by Arcadia Group, which went into administration in November 2020. The company had 510 stores worldwide. In February 2021, the Topshop brand was bought by ASOS along with Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT. It kept 300 employees, but did not keep any of the stores.

Topshop was a recognisable high street brand, with more than 500 stores worldwide. It’s launched a series of collections with designer brands, such as one with Red or Dead in 1994. iN 2007, Kate Moss designed a collection for the brand, and in 2014, Beyoncé launched an activewear brand called Ivy Park with the company.
ASOS sells more than 850 brands online and ships to 196 countries worldwide. It outbid Next, Frasers Group and JD Sports when purchasing Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge and HIIT. It has partnered with DPD to let its shoppers donate unwanted clothing to charity.

It offers womenswear and menswear products. It is also involved in the employer of marketing staff and payment processing businesses, as well as acts as a vehicle for issue of convertible bonds. ASOS Plc was incorporated in 2000 and is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom.
