What is the claims process for Agria Pet Insurance?
If you would like to make a claim with Agria Pet Insurance, you will have to fill out a claim form. There are multiple ways for you to do this.
If you would like to request a claim form or to discuss a claim, you can call 03330 30 83 99
To download a claim form you can visit the website, or ask for one by email from claims@agriapet.co.uk.
Once you have filled out the claims form, you will have to send it to: Agria Pet Insurance Limited, 2b Alton House Office Park, Gatehouse Way, Aylesbury, HP19 8XU.

What is my excess?
An excess is the amount of money you contribute to the cost of your pet’s treatment for each injury or illness.
The amount of your excess will depend on how much you opted to pay, and the nature of your claim. Your excess will be shown in your policy schedule.
How much will this cost me?
There are a number of factors that can affect the cost of your Agria pet insurance premium, including:
- The level of cover you choose. The higher levels of cover come at a price, where these options cover a broader range of events and with a higher policy payout.
- How many pets you would like to insure. You can insure multiple pets with Agria, and the price will be different if you choose this option.
- The level of excess you chose. You can opt to have a lower level of excess, but this will increase the premium price.
