Winners of the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2021 revealed

Annual awards recognise the finance and insurance brands providing the best customer service in their fields.

Personal finance comparison site finder.com has today announced the winners of its Customer Satisfaction Awards 2021.

The awards cover 13 categories across the UK banking, mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, share dealing, insurance and TV streaming sectors, and the winners were decided by customers themselves.

Finder collected 14,000 consumer responses to identify the brands with the best customer satisfaction levels in their respective industries.

Survey respondents were asked to give their provider a customer satisfaction score on a scale of 1 to 5, and also asked if they would recommend that company to a friend.

Finder then used these results to generate an overall customer satisfaction star rating for all of the brands surveyed, and identified the 27 winning and highly commended companies in the 13 categories.
