Finder TV Streaming Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024

How did your TV streaming service rank in our latest survey of customers? Find out the TV services voted top for satisfaction.

Welcome to the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024

Our awards are decided by the only votes that really matter – yours. We asked customers of major TV streaming providers to tell us about their experiences, and now we can reveal the UK’s top streaming platforms.

The winners

The winning and highly commended platforms were decided by both their overall customer satisfaction scores (star ratings out of 5) and their recommendation scores (the percentage of survey respondents who would recommend the brand to a friend). Read more on our methodology and see our full results below.

Now without any further ado, here are our winners…

TV Streaming Customer Satisfaction Winner:

Netflix

This was an incredibly close race, but Netflix edged into first with a slightly higher percentage of customers saying they’d recommend the brand, at 92%.

Netflix, which has over 247 million subscribers globally, got an impressive 4.8 out of 5 for customer satisfaction in our survey, on a par with rival Disney Plus.

Netflix’s huge range of original content – including hits like The Crown, which had a new series in 2023 – and great customer service made it a winner in this year’s awards.

Customer satisfaction scores methodology

We asked streaming account holders to score their satisfaction with the service they had received from their primary platform, and also whether they would recommend the service to a friend. Our independent survey of 750 streaming customers was carried out in December 2023 – full details of our methodology here.

We have shown both results for the brands listed in the table above, and used these ratings to decide the winners of our awards (where there was a draw on the star ratings score, we used the “would recommend” percentage as a tie-breaker).
