It’s important to refer to your Admiral home policy schedule because it may be that more than one excess applies to your claim:

In our 2024 customer satisfaction survey, 83% of customers stated that they would recommend Admiral to a friend. Although some customers have reported that Admiral is “too expensive” the majority state they are “reasonably priced” for the “good level of cover” they provide.
One customer commented: “Good price and customer service advisers are polite and helpful.”
Several have said that the customer service is great and that Admiral’s online portal is efficient, making it easy to make changes to coverage.
