What is Halifax?

A division of the Bank of Scotland (which is itself part of the Lloyds Banking Group), Halifax offers personal loans to new and existing customers. There’s also the option for Halifax current account holders to borrow more. When you apply online, Halifax states that you could get a decision within minutes.
