Get a £20 pocket money bonus for your child
How do I use my GoHenry code?
On the first screen of the registration process (“Let’s get to know you”), there’s a form field where you can specify a discount code. GoHenry will sometimes auto-apply codes and hide this field – in which case there’s an option to “Change promo code” if you’ve found a better deal.

What are the personalised cards like?
They’re not fully personalised – as in, you can’t upload a picture of your dog, but you can opt for a card with a dog on it. There are nearly 50 great, fun designs to choose from. So even the choosiest child should find a design they’ll like. Gamer? Footie-mad? Nature-lover? Donut fanatic? Check, check, check and check. And if all else fails, go abstract!
Instead of saying “GoHenry” on the front, it’ll have your child’s name (“GoAlex”, “GoClive”, “GoMoonDragon”, etc. etc.).

About GoHenry
GoHenry is a financial tool for children aged from 6 up (and for their parents). It consists of:
- A parent account. Parents can access it through an app, use it to top up the child’s account and to apply parental control on children’s spending habits.
- A child account. Children can see their balance and the spending limits you’ve established for them in the app.
- A Visa prepaid card. The card can be used by children to make purchases in shops and online and withdraw cash from ATMs.
GoHenry was founded in 2012, “by a group of parents who wanted to help young people learn about money safely”. It’s probably the best-known of a new wave of app-accompanied debit cards for kids.
