If you have a Mastercard credit card, you have the opportunity to book unique offers and experiences through the Priceless programme.
From a recording session with your favourite band to a cookery masterclass with a top chef to a meet-and-greet with the cast of a top West End show, Mastercard offers access to one-of-a-kind experiences that often aren’t available anywhere else, hence the name Priceless.
What is Mastercard Priceless Cities?
Priceless is a booking service offered exclusively to Mastercard customers featuring a wide range of unique experiences and offers. You can focus on events within your designated Priceless City or search for activities abroad to coincide with a holiday. There are also travel packages available, such as a weekend at the Goodwood Revival Festival or a sunset cruise in Miami. Cardholders also have the opportunity to access discounts, upgrades and special offers.
Customers of World Elite Mastercard and World Mastercard (these are issued in the UK by HSBC and Santander) are also able to enjoy even more exclusive offers and perks.
You can browse the range of offers on the Priceless website, which requires a sign-up. You can search by city or type of experience (entertainment, shopping, sports, culinary, travel or arts and culture). Customers can book directly through the website, but must use their Mastercard for payment.
What benefits will you get with Mastercard Priceless Cities?
- You’ll get access to one-of-a-kind experience. Priceless have curated unique events with limited places available for Mastercard cardholders, including secret gigs, private tours and one-to-one workshops.

- Exclusive discounts. You can save on your next shopping trip, meal or holiday with discounts only available when you pay with your Mastercard credit card.

Cons
- Card costs. Some Mastercard credit cards have an annual fee, while most have interest costs. So, you should make sure that these costs don’t outweigh the value of Mastercard Priceless and the other card features.
- Limited UK locations. Most of the UK-based experiences tend to be in and around London, so if you live further away, your choices of experiences will be limited.
- Terms and conditions. Some events and experiences are only available at certain times, while other perks may require a printed voucher. Be aware, you can’t just expect a benefit by simply turning up with a Mastercard.
