Welcome to the Finder Business Credit Cards Customer Satisfaction Awards 2022
When it comes to managing your business’s spending, it is important to pick a business credit card with great care and consideration, and who better to get an opinion from than their customers themselves.
For the first time, we have reached out to the business credit card customers of some of the main providers in the UK to gain their insights and opinions on the card’s they trust daily to help manage their business’s finances.
The winners
Our awards are designed to find the providers that really care about their customers. We’ve selected our winners based on two factors: overall satisfaction score (star rating) and recommendation score (whether a customer would recommend the credit card provider to a friend). Customer satisfaction ratings methodology
In December 2021, we ran a customer satisfaction survey on business credit cards. We polled 357 business credit card customers, who gave us their opinion on their business credit card provider.
The survey asked respondents how satisfied they are with their credit card (using a 1-5 rating) and whether they would recommend the brand to a friend. We converted the responses into customer satisfaction star ratings and used those results to determine the winner of our award. If there was a draw, we used the recommendation score (the percentage of customers who said they would recommend the brand to a friend) as a tie-breaker.
