Welcome to the Finder Business Cards Customer Satisfaction Awards 2023
When you’re considering whether to apply for a business credit or charge card from a particular provider, get the opinion of the people who matter most: their customers.
We asked customers of some of the main business card providers in the UK about their experience of the cards they trust daily to help manage their business’s finances.
The winners
Our awards are designed to find the providers that really care about their customers. We’ve selected our winners based on 2 factors: overall satisfaction score (star rating) and recommendation score (whether a customer would recommend the card provider to a friend). You can read more on our methodology below.
Here are the winners of the 2023 Business Cards Customer Satisfaction Awards:

Customer satisfaction ratings methodology
In December 2022, we ran a customer satisfaction survey on business cards. We polled 623 business card customers who gave us their opinion on their business credit card provider.
The survey asked respondents how satisfied they are with their card (using a 1–5 rating) and whether they would recommend the brand to a friend. We converted the responses into customer satisfaction star ratings and used those results to determine the winner of our award. If there was a draw, we used the recommendation score (the percentage of customers who said they would recommend the brand to a friend) as a tie-breaker.
You can get a full breakdown of our ratings methodology for cards here.
