Our verdict
Vivo Credits is an online personal loan search platform, but we're not signing off on its legitimacy.
Vivo Credits says it's a loan search platform where borrowers with all types of credit history can compare their personal loan options. Simply enter your loan amount and term, provide your email address and phone number, then start comparing your options. But we're not signing off on the platform's legitimacy due to the fact that it's missing a few key components we'd expect a reputable provider to have. If you need a personal loan, consider other options.
Pros
-
Fast application
-
Bad credit accepted
-
No collateral required
Cons
-
May not be a legitimate lender
-
Not very transparent about rates, fees and other details
-
No customer reviews online
Is Vivo Credits legitimate?
We can’t say Vivo Credits is legitimate for a few reasons. Our research into the provider turned up the following concerns:
- Not registered. We couldn’t find any results listed for Vivo Credits when we searched Canada’s Business Registries.
- No phone number. There are no phone contact details listed on the Vivo Credits website. If you want to get in touch with the provider, you’ll need to send an email.
- No Canadian address. There’s no Canadian office address listed on the Vivo Credits website. Instead, the contact page lists an address in Riga, Latvia.
- Multiple business names. The Vivo Credits website lists multiple different business names. For example, the website contact page mentions “Bioenergy Trade Ltd,” while the privacy policy mentions “MONI LIMITED” doing business as “Moni365.”
- Not Better Business Bureau accredited. We couldn’t find a Better Business Bureau listing for Vivo Credits.
- Underdeveloped website. There’s limited information on the Vivo Credits website. For example, there are no APR ranges listed and no details about the lenders Vivo Credits works with.

What to watch out for
Before searching for a loan with Vivo Credits, keep the following factors in mind:
- May not be legitimate. As we mentioned, there are several key factors that make us concerned about the legitimacy of this platform. Searching for loans on Vivo Credits requires you to supply your phone number and email address, while applying for loans in general requires you to provide plenty of personal and financial information. Make sure you’re dealing with a legitimate provider before handing over any of your details. Learn more about personal loan scams in our guide.
- No Canadian phone number or address. If you have a problem with the service offered by Vivo Credits, you won’t be able to get in touch via phone or by visiting a Canadian office in person.
- Limited information. There’s minimal information on the Vivo Credits website about the lender, its partners and the loans it offers.
- No customer reviews. We couldn’t find any customer reviews for Vivo Credits online, so we can’t point to any users who have had a positive experience with the platform.
- Read the loan contract carefully. Before signing a loan contract with any lender, read your loan contract thoroughly to make sure you understand exactly what you’re getting into.
Bottom line
If you’re thinking of searching for a personal loan with Vivo Credits, we recommend considering other options. Compare unsecured personal loans from a range of lenders to find a loan that suits your needs and budget.
