The Chase business LOC works a lot like a credit card, where you only pay interest on what you borrow, and your credit line replenishes as you pay it back. Chase LOCs have two repayment periods. The first is a five-year revolving period where you can borrow as much as you want up to your approved limit, and you're only required to make minimum payments. After the five-year revolving term is up, you enter the repayment period, which is up to five years, and you can no longer make draws.
